From time to time, ALPEVISION and our company may contact business professionals (such as drone pilots, photographers, videographers and other visual content providers) using publicly available professional contact details or information obtained from third‑party sources, or by browsing the web directly, where we reasonably believe that our services may be relevant to their business activities.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in promoting and developing our services to relevant business contacts, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR, where applicable). In doing so, we always aim to keep our outreach proportionate, targeted and respectful.
When we send promotional emails as part of this outreach activity:
•we identify ourselves clearly as ALPEVISION and provide our contact details;
•we limit the number and frequency of messages sent to the same recipient;
•we only use contact details that are reasonably connected to a professional or business context;
•we include a simple way for the recipient to opt out of further messages.
If you receive an email from us and you do not wish to receive similar messages in the future, you can opt out at any time by replying to the email with the word “STOP” or by following any other unsubscribe instructions provided in the message.
