Shipping
Regarding shipping, once you’ve reached the checkout and payment stage, our computer system will display the shipping cost. This is calculated on a case-by-case basis because Alpevision has chosen to work with drop shipping and, as a result, avoid overproduction. Therefore, we calculate shipping costs on a case-by-case basis. We want to be clear, because the courier selected by the third-party manufacturer, for example, if shipping from another country, may delegate delivery to your country’s postal system, for example. Therefore, you may be charged an additional fee for receiving the package. This is normal in some countries, so we’re here to inform you, reminding you that it does not include any customs fees or other costs, which are your responsibility. Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps ALPEVISION to reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Returns
Regarding the return of defective or non-compliant merchandise you ordered, you can use the returns form included in your documentation. Inside the envelope or box in which the package was delivered, you will find a label with all the necessary information and a return address to which you should send the package. This is not our headquarters address, but rather the address designated by the manufacturer of the item specifically to take advantage of the returns policy. Therefore, you should check the return address, which will indicate exactly where to send the package. We are not responsible for products sent to undesignated third parties and/or returned to our headquarters.
