ALPEVISION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT NOTICE
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Perin Alessandro – D.T.R.T., operating under the brand ALPEVISION (“ALPEVISION”, “Provider”) and the other brand AL.PE.VISION.
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the ALPEVISION mobile application (iOS / Android) WebApp or related services, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the App or WebApp.

2. License Grant
ALPEVISION grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the App solely for personal or professional use, in accordance with this EULA.
You acquire no ownership rights in the App.

3. Scope of Use
The App allows Users to:
•register an account
•purchase and use digital credits
•upload files for timestamp certification
•exchange professional quotations (PRO / Customer)
•download timestamped files
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

4. User Categories
Users are classified as:
•Customer: final user purchasing and spending credits
•PRO (Professional User): user issuing quotations and receiving credit balances
ALPEVISION does not intervene in agreements between Users.

5. Credits – Digital Utility Units
5.1 Nature of Credits
•Credits are digital utility units
•Credits are not currency
•Credits have no monetary value outside the App
•Credits are not refundable
5.2 Expiration
Credits expire on December 31st of the year of acquisition and may become unusable without notice.

6. Credit Deposit Logic
When a Customer accepts a PRO quotation requiring a credit deposit:
•100% of credits are deducted from the Customer
•50% of credits are retained by ALPEVISION
•50% of credits are automatically credited to the PRO
This transaction is final, automatic and non-reversible.

7. No Refunds
You acknowledge and accept that:
•purchased credits are non-refundable
•spent credits are non-refundable
•expired credits are non-refundable
•disputes between Users do not justify refunds
This applies regardless of App Store or payment method.

8. Timestamp & Certification Disclaimer
The timestamp system:
•records UTC date & time
•marks files with user email and network certification
The system:
•does not certify authorship
•does not validate contracts
•does not resolve disputes

9. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
•uploaded content
•agreements between Users
•compliance with applicable laws
•payments outside the App

10. Disclaimer of Liability
ALPEVISION, Perin Alessandro and related entities shall not be liable for:
•loss of profits
•data loss
•contractual disputes
•damages between Users
•misuse of the App
The User fully indemnifies and holds harmless ALPEVISION from any claim.

11. Intellectual Property
•The App, trademarks and software remain exclusive property of ALPEVISION
•Users retain ownership of uploaded files
•Users grant ALPEVISION a limited license to process files for service execution

12. Termination
ALPEVISION may suspend or terminate access:
•for violation of this EULA
•for misuse or abuse
•for security reasons
Upon termination, all licenses are revoked.

13. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
•EU GDPR (Reg. 2016/679)
•ALPEVISION Privacy Policy

14. Updates & Modifications
ALPEVISION may:
•update the App
•modify this EULA
Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by Italian Law.
Jurisdiction: Court of Vicenza (Italy), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

16. Apple & Google Disclaimer
This EULA is between you and ALPEVISION only, not Apple or Google.
Apple and Google are not responsible for:
•support
•warranties
•claims
•maintenance

By installing or using the App, you confirm that you:
•have read this EULA
•understand it
•accept it in full
